General terms of business for services provided by AI Enter s.r.o.

These general terms of business (hereinafter the "GTB") govern the contractual relationship between Enter as the provider and the client as the customer in the provision of consulting, training and implementation services in the field of artificial intelligence, in particular the Compass, Launchpad, Orbit and Star services.
A contract for the provision of services is concluded at the moment of:
A price quotation or an enquiry form on the website does not constitute a binding order or an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Prices are agreed individually according to the scope and specification of the given engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of the date of issue. Enter is a VAT payer; VAT at the statutory rate will be added to all prices stated exclusive of VAT.
All materials, methodologies, templates and deliverables created by Enter as part of an engagement become the property of the client upon payment of the agreed price, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Enter reserves the right to name the client as a reference unless the client expressly objects.
Enter is liable for damage caused by fault. Enter's total liability for damage arising from a single engagement is limited to the amount of the price paid for that engagement. Enter is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or damages caused by third parties or force majeure.
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding the other party's confidential information and not to use it for purposes other than the fulfilment of contractual obligations. The obligation of confidentiality continues even after the contractual relationship has ended.
The contractual relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The parties will resolve any disputes primarily by amicable means. If this is not possible, the matter will be submitted to the competent court in the Czech Republic.
Enter reserves the right to update these GTB. The current wording of the GTB is always available on the enterai.cz website. Contracts already concluded are governed by the wording of the GTB in force at the time the contract was concluded.
